About Sraddha Yoga
Sraddha (faith) is trusting your own
deepest experience. Before you can trust your deepest
experience, you must touch it gently and know it...body, mind and
spirit. Yoga (union) is about removing obstacles that separate you
from love and life. Through the practices of Sraddha Yoga (breathwork,
movement, visualization, toning, chanting and relaxation), you
release stress and physical tension and let go of emotional
obstacles. Ultimately, you can replace a sense of fear and
separation with a sense of love and unconditional support.
